A Comissão Trilateral (em Inglês Comissão Trilateral) é uma organização fundada 23 de junho de 1973 por iniciativa de David Rockefeller, presidente do Chase Manhattan Bank, e outros líderes delgruppo Bilderberg e do Conselho de Relações Exteriores, incluindo Henry Kissinger e Zbigniew Brzezinski . As contagens trilaterais como membros mais de 300 indivíduos influentes (empresários, políticos, intelectuais) da Europa, Japão e América do Norte, com o objectivo declarado de promover uma cooperação mais estreita entre estas três áreas. A estrutura do grupo Trilateral Europeia é a União Europeia (antiga Comunidade Europeia). Assim, a cobertura de países do grupo Trilateral Europeia cresceu como a Comunidade Europeia tem crescido. Vladimir Dlouhy
Vladimir Dlouhy é actualmente consultor da Goldman Sachs International, localizado em Praga e que abrange a região da Europa Central e Oriental. Ele estudou economia e econometria na Faculdade de Matemática da Economia e da Universidade Charles, em Praga e mais tarde continuou os estudos de MBA na Universidade Católica de Leuven (Bélgica). Sua carreira profissional começou Mr. Dlouhy como professor universitário. Em 1983, mudou-se para a Academia de Ciências da Checoslováquia como um pesquisador, mais tarde se tornar vice-diretor do Instituto de Previsão. Michael Fuchs
Michael Fuchs tem-se presidente do grupo alemão da Comissão Trilateral desde 2001 e foi eleito vice-presidente da Comissão Europeia em 2010.
Ele foi eleito como membro do Bundestag alemão (CDU / CSU) em 2002 e reeleito em setembro de 2005 e em setembro de 2009. Desde Novembro de 2009, o Dr. Fuchs tem-se vice-presidente do grupo CDU / CSU parlamentar do Bundestag alemão. Ele foi diretor da Impex Eletrônico calculado anteriormente em Koblenz que ele fundou em 1980 e atualmente é membro do Conselho Fiscal.
Dr. Fuchs juntou-se à Federação Alemã de Jovens Empresários (BJU) em 1982. Um ano depois, ele foi eleito como membro do conselho, e em 1987-88 foi eleito como o presidente federal, ITS. Desde 1986 ele tem sido-presidente da Federação dos Empregadores da grossistas na Renânia-Vestfália. Em 1987, o Dr. Fuchs Tornou-se membro do Comitê Executivo da Confederação das Associações de Empregadores Alemães (BDA). Desde 1992, ele tem-se um membro da Mesa da BDA.
De 1992 até 2000, ele foi presidente da Federação Nacional de Comércio Atacadista e Exterior Alemã (BGA), em Bonn e Berlim, bem como vice-presidente da Federação das Associações Europeias de Comércio por grosso ea International (FEWITA) em Bruxelas. Nos anos de 1999 a 2001, o Dr. Fuchs foi o primeiro presidente da recém-fundada Federação das Associações Comerciais alemães (BDH). Dr. Fuchs é um membro de órgãos sociais, bem como numerosos do conselho de administração da Ludwig-Erhard-Foundation. Dr. Fuchs recebeu seu Ph.D. em estudos farmacêuticos em 1976.

O Grupo alemão da Comissão Trilateral, formada na época da criação da Comissão Trilateral do Conde Otto Lambsdorff e Wolff Otto von Amerongen e outros, baseia-se no Fórum em Berlim Allianz.
Suas atividades incluem reuniões de discussão de organização com os membros alemães da Comissão Trilateral e importante decisores políticos, bem como regularmente Trilateral a publicação de relatórios em tradução alemã. Em adições, como outros grupos nacionais, que auxilia na elaboração de relatórios das consultas trilaterais contactos entre os autores, membros e outros especialistas e personalidades.
